Had been researching on CarMax for a long time because dealers rarely stocked the car I wanted - I love the access to a huge national inventory. The car I liked was transferred with no problem from another local CarMax location. Test drove a couple of times with no pushiness whatsoever from salesman. Replaced worn tires as part of my deal but did not haggle on price. Openly shared maintenance history on car. Very good experience overall. Traded my old car for about 50% of its retail value but I didn't want the hassle of selling it myself. After purchase I found more dings on the paint than when I first inspected it. Buyers - be sure you take a very close look at entire vehicle.
